Today a major fire broke out on Mr Rabbit’s Tropical Travels at Thorpe Park, with the cause unknown. All visitors were evacuated out of the park and compensated. Attractions and buildings that were damaged include Mr Rabbit’s Tropical Travels, Wicked Witches Haunt, Sweet City and Amity Cove KFC.
It is unlikely that Wicked Witches Haunt will reopen due to the extensive damage done to the ride system, theming and structure of the building. Mr Rabbit’s Tropical Travel’s may reopen without the enclosed section.
Ticket prices have been reduced by £2.
