In terms of website updates, this season is a quieter one at Thorpe Park.

Lately, it appears that general standards in presentation and maintenance have slipped. This may be due to the short closed season, and staff not having adequate time to give the park the attention that it needs.

First noted at the February Thrill Chill event earlier in the year, ride availability has continued to be poor, with attractions having frequent downtime during our visits.

Stealth is still suffering from multiple issues and struggles to run at capacity. The reason that the grandstand queuing area was cut from the project was due to the need for a third train, to always ensure that despite maintenance schedules, the ride would always run with two. Unfortunately this has not been the case, with the coaster running just the one train at the moment, causing excessive wait times.

As detailed in the Medium Term Development plan, infilling has started in the lake by the peninsula, behind Depth Charge and the corporate hospitality marquee. According to the plans, this land will be used for a coaster project.
