Whilst the main theme park season may have already drawn to a close here in the UK, many of our largest theme parks have begun to celebrate Christmas. Whether you fancy taking in a Christmassy Miniland, riding the world’s largest travelling roller coaster, or meeting Santa Claus himself, there’s something for everyone this festive season!
Alton Towers Resort
Alton Towers Christmas is back for 2023, and running on selected dates until 7th January. With the removal of Lightopia and the Christmas market, the 2023 event is somewhat slimmed down from the offering in previous years however, Alton Towers Christmas still has plenty to offer a family audience. Guests can enjoy all of CBeebies Land, including the new for 2023 show Hey Duggee – Duggee and the Christmas Singalong Badge. Also open for the season are Mutiny Bay, The World of David Walliams (including Gangsta Granny: The Ride) and, for those looking for a roller coaster fix, Spinball Whizzer!
