Well i'm only nominating coasters which i've been on so...
Inverted - Montu
Floorless - Daemonen (Tivoli Gardens)
Dive Machine - Oblivon , Shiekra would almost certainly win if i rode it, but i;ve heard recent B&M's are forceless.
Sit Down - Sorry to say this but counting Sit Down's along with Speed Coasters is rather stupid, you may as well put them will floorless's as sit downs are almost indentical except for the front of the train. Weird thing is the Dive Machine gets it's own catergory, Anyway as Kumba has already been nomianted I will go for "The Hulk"
Stand Up - Haven't ridden one but it would almost certainly be The Riddlers Revenge.
Flyer - Air, - S:UF i've heard is crap, Air ain't great either though.

Moved from AT General...
Walter Bolliger and Claude Mabillard are Swiss manufacturers who are arguably the best coaster makers in the industry. They are instantly recognisable by their large box-spined track.
They used to be part of another manufacturing company called Giovanola who formed part of Intamin AG.
Initially known for their stand-ups, their first coaster was Iron Wolf (can't remember where it's to), but that's the one featured in the film 'Richie Rich'.
They invented the inverted coaster, which was a development of the suspended swinging coaster, but the inverted trains were able to travel through inversions, which the suspended swinging ones couldn't.
Here's their website.
I love B&M. And no, this post isn't regurgitated. :P

Ah but do you have a letter written to you signed by them both and a lovely product catalogue??
I did... but I lost them. And it was from back in 1997
