Just checked the Royal Mail website to see that the recorded delivery letter I sent to star caravan park asking for a refund was delivered, and signed for 'Monday July 11th at 9.04am'. Hope he had his reading glasses on, just look foward to the reply now. :shock:

dosent say, just says was signed for, and the date & time , so they have deffinately received the letter.
