I haven't really got any ideas for most of the ride, but I could do the end :P You're in a big thing which has a large person capacity, and it sort of moves around through the whole ride (like the great movie ride in florida if anyone's been on it) and you pull up infront of this 3D screen. You put on yer 'safety glasses' and the axe through the door scene happens in 3D! How fun! :P *scream scream scream* and stuff, then the thing you're in suddenly moves and goes down a big snowy drop to simulate the mum and son sliding out the window. A ride op who looks like Jack Nicholson chases you out into this hall of mirrors where stuff jumps out at you, and when you get out it's the end of the ride... it'd work
