As for another 6.30am rise and another 3 mile walk then walking round alton again and hardly eating.... my god im gonna be well fit if i keep this up by summer!

Actually, that's pretty unhealthy. Nowt wrong with getting up early, but the walking and not eating is more likely to make you ill rather than fit. And a bit of weight suits you.
