Will the boiler house ever return. I would love to see the hamble twins return for the upcoming scarefest events

It's dead and buried unfortunately along with The Field of 1000 Screams, Room 13, and Bloodfest Banquet.

There's every chance that one day one of these retired concepts could make a return but I think Towers will always look to create something new when revamping old or establishing new scare attractions.

It's more likely that references will be made back to them, kinda like how the Altonville Scare Rooms last year were from same world as Field of 1000 Screams, and there has been subtle hints in Zombies Scare Zone harking back to it as well.

Either this or the field of 1000 screams should come back. I never got a chance to experience these as one year (2011) I was just under the age to get a ticket, and the field was long gone before my first scarefest back in 2011. :(

This is the same with me, scarefest is missing something, and that's the boiler house!

Would love ME to come back at some point but I don't think it's very likely. Considering it's last run was fairly awful it doesn't have much hope. Now talking about FO1KS I believe the kinda outside maze may make a return in that area at some point but maybe not zombies. it would be a brilliant 1 maze outside the park kinda thing. That's one thing I forgot to ask at the talk with peter is if they were ever thinking of putting mazes back at the hotel :( darn!

Its very unlikely that it will return. I would love it to, but I doubt it.

I would also love it to return. I really don't think it will, but there's always a chance. They could also make some use of the hamble twins in another maze throughout the park... I doubt it though - everything's possible :D

The Boiler House was first introduced in 2008 we may get a 10 year anniversary relaunch for a year, or even a permanent return.

It does deserve something, I think it was a great maze and deserves a relaunch, fingers crossed!

If this come any interest to any of you, I have just emailed rubber gorilla (the company who created the Hamble twins masks) they have replied saying that they definitely created the Hamble twins masks and they painted viktors mask to match Elsie's mask. This is because they are painted differently on the website. The Hamble twins look cooler. I am wondering if any of you have got any videos, audio, images or media whatsoever of the boiler house for one of my projects. I would highly thank anyone who could help me with anything media wise. Thanks to you all!

Wasn't the boiler house situated in the black hole tent? Or is that carnival of screams, I can't seem to remember because my first scarefest (2011) I can't remember that well. Last year when I went for scarefest (2013) they had a new tent for Carnival of screams.

Out of all the Alton Towers scare mazes, The Boiler House intrigues me the most.

My first Scarefest was 2011, and I was way too young to experience the maze ( I was 9 at the time). I remember seeing the posters about the Hamble Twins around the theme park, and being terrified of them. I’ve been looking for information on the attraction for a while, and just really wish i had been able to experience it. I only started doing scaremazes in 2016, and that was only TOTT. I did all 2017 mazes and wondered how does The Boiler House compare to the newer mazes, and what did happen in The Boiler House?

I don't remember what happens in it but I did it when it was in the Black Hole tent. I can remember descending the stairs and it built the tension. At the time I was petrified of scare mazes and all I remember is it being dark, dingy and actually quite scary. I would say it was a lot more intense than any of the mazes on offer now. It was very claustrophobic and I may have screamed on many occasions.

Thanks! I really wish I could have done the maze, somehow.
