Best restaurant for food & atmosphere is the Rollercoaster Restaurant. It's expensive though, so my second favourite would be the Towers St. Bar and Grill. Food is great and it's much more reasonably priced than the Rollercoaster Restaurant.

The Crooked Spoon by far and away!
The only restaurant I feel is consistent with great theming, a wonderful atmosphere and fantastic food! Plus, it doesn't need a gimmick to sell itself...
I'd take it over any other restaurant offerings at the resort.
