I believe it's due to open in July, not sure on a specific date though.

Some photos from Vijfzintuigen taken yesterday. The large wheels that will sit at the top of the lift are being prepared on the ground, whilst various other theming is also worked on around the site.

Each time pictures are posted of this dive coaster I get more and more impressed by the sheer level of detail and research they have put into this attraction. So many theme parks can take note, this is how its done. Its not just about the ride its about the experience and I hope next year I'll make a trip across to Efteling.

More components of the lift hill wheel theming element are now on site, with what looks to be a motor, and they've also started paving some areas of the site.

The building below the lift hill is coming along well, along with the addition of shrubbery, progress on the paving and the completed assembly of the lift hill wheel on the ground. A few more photos can be found here.

Baron 1898 is really starting to come together now, with one of the lift hill wheels being lifted into place today. You'll find some other photos of what's been happening on-site today over on Vijfzintuigen.

Things continue to progress around the site, with fences being put up around the tunnel entrance and exit, as well as what look to be fence posts for the exterior queueline. These photos and plenty more can be found here.
