Hello everyone!
I am after a little bit of help from some Alton Towers employees, past or present! I love Alton Towers but have only ever been a guest, never an employee and want to use it as part of my assignment for university.
What I would love to know is:
- Is there a trade union at Alton Towers?
- Is there any other types of employee voice where employees can discuss things with managers- regular meetings, work groups, etc?
Thank you so much in advance if anyone is able to help me out. I don't think any of this information would be confidential. Wouldn't want to put any employees in an awkward situation!
