Some impressions of the Diagon Alley after it reopened:

Most notable things in that the Gringotts coaster has an insanely reduced capacity (although the article implies that people from the same family will get to sit together in a vehicle to themselves). Guessing it won't be quite so extreme for 2-per-row rides.

One thing that's disappointing in a picky way but also a bit concerning is that Universal haven't supplied any themed/printed masks for the staff. A shame from a theming point of view but all the different masks in the photos implies that a lot of staff are using their own personal masks. Hope it's just staff choosing to use their own ones rather than Universal not offering them.

Universal released some new concept art for Velocicoaster today - notably they have shown riders wearing face masks.

Patent for a Legend of Zelda boat ride shows a fairly interesting flying boat concept:

Not too sold on it. Rhino Rally did a hybrid boat ride (albeit with a car) and suffered from reliability issues, this seems like it'd be much worse. Having to wait with your boat stationary whilst the mechanism fixes into place would lose any sense of surprise (although they could do it in a dark cave leading up to a waterfall).

Revenge of the Mummy vs The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man.

Both are two of the best rides in Florida, and the world for that matter. Which is the better ride?

Spiderman blew me away the first time I rode it. Not sure we'll ever see another leap forward in dark ride tech again
