Paulton's have uploaded some amazing aerial shots of the area in this youtube clip

It's amazing to see really how much this park has grown, seeing it as a small family park as a child, and now to see them investing countless amounts of money on keeping the park looking incredible, and having no hesitation when it comes to investing in new attractions. I'm seriously thinking that Peppa Pig World and this could put up there as the best 'family' park in the country. Amazing Stuff.
Flight of the Pterosaur will indeed have lap bars.

Is it me or does roller coaster construction get faster and faster?
Erm, change of plan, I prefer The Smiler. Rita's rubbish. Should have thought of that...

Hmm :-k still don't understand why they didn't go for the traditional layout. Maybe it's because the normal one is quite wild. And their marketed towards young children

Has anyone else noticed the 'new' train design. These don't seem to be the standard trains. Very interesting :P

Yeah I've just noticed that. One seat is lower than the other :-k

Correct me if I'm wrong, but those look like swinging trains. The track it is on is banked and the seats have hydraulics, if you look closely one side is extended and the other is contracted. That and the bar holding the two seats together makes it more likely. Anyone else thinking similar?

Very interesting with the trains, NR I think you may be right about the swinging aspect. This is definitely one to watch next season.

I saw that nemesisrider. After I'd just posted, I just saw the apparent swinging mechanism. But as we know, you can't post twice... :lol

Yes, that is a what I am getting at ;)

It would have probably been easier to point out the unmissable incline of the steel bar between the seats first :lol

It is nice to know Vekoma are experimenting more - and I think it's very nice that they are focusibg in the family market!

Just look at the top of the trains, were the frame is mounted to the track. There is some sort of axle that is already in a swinging position
