Scarefest Past Attraction Scare Ratings

Does anybody know the 1/5 scare ratings for all the past scarefest attractions? (I know the obvious ones like terror of the towers and sanctuary but I don't know about duel live and all those...
Life is a roller coaster. You can either scream every time you hit a bump or you can throw your hands up in the air and enjoy it.
