So once we are parked up and enter the hotel am I to understand the staff will be aware of a conference taking place as I've never stepped foot in the hotel and need one of them to point me in the right direction

Also does anyone know the latest time people can go to and from the park on the woodland walk?

Same here, I have never even seen the hotel.

When you enter the hotel turn to the left and use the lifts to get to the ground floor. Turn right out of the lifts and walk past the ship and The Dragon Bar is on the right hand side, opposite The Secret Garden Restaurant.

as long as you get into the hotel a member of the team or a member of staff will point you in the direction of the dragon bar

Its really easy. Walk in the Alton Towers hotel door, in front of you is some stairs. go down the stairs and it will be right in front of you, as the stairs curve round to face the Dragon Bar.

Extra surprises on the day refers to your freebies and anything we plan that is dependant on resort operations on the day - Fastracking The Smiler for example, as we have done previously

There is always at least one surprise that you don't know about. Scaremazing was fast track on Thirteen, Rita and Smiler. Southern Screamer was the behind the scenes tour of Angry Birds Land and railway.

I'll be quite honest and say we don't have a surprise this time.

The little badges we give away could be seen as one - but for the sake of disappointing anyone I have removed that section from the events page.

Still - this should not affect the day as the rest of the activities will be fantastic.
