The park have released a POV of the ride, as expected it looks very smooth!

That looks actually quite fun. It is always so weird to see inversions on a wooden coaster.

Well before I posted the clip I tried search for a topic, there wasn't one according to the search forum function. That pretty much says it all really, not much hype about this otherwise people would of been talking about it prior to testing.Thrillmad wrote:Is it just me who is disappointed by this? :-k

It's not to do with the hype, it's to do with the ride. Some major flaws I can seeMabalzich wrote:Well before I posted the clip I tried search for a topic, there wasn't one according to the search forum function. -SHORT
-Next to no theming (but was expecting this)
-It looks like a very basic layout
-Might just be the camera but it looks a bit bumpy
-Speed is wasted
There are more, but I'll leave it at that
I mean, as jack said, you can't really judge a ride from POV's but something just seems to be lacking with this project, which other coasters have.
Overal this doesn't have the 'Wow factor' which is needed with a ride, and I'm not fussed with riding this any time soon.

I am going to Six Flags Great America in the summer. Should I try this? I only have one day there, the queues could be a worry.

Among today’s announcements from Six Flags is Maxx Force. The park are claiming the coaster will break the records for having: the fastest launch in North America (0-78mph in under 2 seconds), the fastest inversion of any coaster in the world, and the tallest double-inversion in the world.
