What Accomodation I Think Alton Towers may build next

Got an idea of how the Alton Towers Resort may develop over the coming seasons? Discuss it here.

i think now they have a huge water park hotel and have other complexes they should build Alton Towers Holiday Village Caravan Park

What you think also a new cable car ride with nemesis style cars

Yer but theres already carivan sites and camp sites near by. Alton towers get suport by these people and if they start to take there customers away the surport they get might go away to. Good idea though :D

There is no doubt about it that in the next few years Alton Towers will turn into Alton Towers Rersort, and due to the overwhelming popularity of the other two hotels a new hotel will appear within the next 10 years,

I suppose its a gamble Alton Towers will be willing to take

Im sure it was said somewhere, maybe on here, that they were thinking of having a casino or something along those lines, or is it just me imagining things?

I rekon they should build a little shopping village type of area with a few pubs etc.. that are open to hotel guests only. Could have a small cinema, shops obviously and maybe a small bar/nightclub. Could be built to the side of the hotels and it could all be themed around current AT themes.

I would love to see another hotel, With a LARGE arcade, bowling ally, dodgems, bowling lanes, and cinemas... A bit like what the Trafford Center offers... And then a few smalls shops ect... to go with it!!!

I would also love for all hotel guests to be able to use the pool, bars and entertainment (eg cinemas) no matter which hotel they stay in. But the only problem i can see with this is that, is the pool big enough to take three hotels worth of guests (and paying general public) the more people who stay...Tthe more the pool will be in demand!

Would love to see another hotel though.... Got good memorys of the original already :)

From the ariel photos on TT, there's a bit of land behind the hotels. What I'd like to see is maybe a Center Parcs type thing with self-catering lodges, mabye a budget hotel and a lake + tons more. Build it into a real resort and build the mini-shopping center behind the monorail station.

THE ALTON TOWERS RESORT - MUCH MORE THAN A THEME PARK!

This photo shows the space pretty well. I'm guessing the big field behind the hotel is AT's?

A lot of space there but i dont think any think will be built on it just yet. Maybe in a few years time but the hotels are still doing very well so i dont think they see the need yet.

Hmmm, well if they were to build future hotels or a sort of area based on a sort of plaza for more entertainment, that's not such a bad idea. Then again the hotels cost alot for one night if u think abt it 8) .
If the future hotels had different ratings then that wud b good.Kind of like Disney where they have a chain of hotels which have diffrent ratings
That's just my opinion on it but hopefully it will happen,if only the ropers don't complain they hear people snoring or having fun goin on hotel lifts then i dont think theres a problem.

OK, introducing...

FALCON'S ALTON TOWERS RESORT DEVELOPMENT PLAN!

I picture all of this at Alton Towers by 2010...

CHANGES TO THE PARK

I wont go into the rides, just the park. Firstly there would be a priority entrance at the top of the park (past Air) This would be used by resort guests and people who buy a priority ticket (ticket with free parking, priority entrance, priority pass, fasttrack + more.) Cred Street would be replaced with "Towers Plaza" with a 2 screen cinema in the evenings + shops, cafes, restuarants, bars + more open until late. Access via the Skyride in the evenings.
Also for people who don't want to rides the rides there would be a non-rider ticket for about £4. They can walk round the park, towers + gardens, go on the Skyride and uses the shops etc..

3 DIFFERENTLY PRICED HOTELS

LUXURY - Alton Towers Hotel (includes theme park addmission + CC addmission)

MODERATE - Splash Landings Hotel (includes non-rider ticket + CC addmission)

BUDGET - Forest View Hotel (includes non-rider addmission only) This would be built in an "Center Parcs" type forest with a lake trees etc...

SELF CATERING APARTMENTS + LODGES

Next to the Forest View hotel. Nicely furnished sleeping up to 8. Includes non-rider ticket only.

ENTERIANMENT/SHOPING/NIGHTLIFE

Introducing Towers Village! The mini shopping mall next to the monorail fetauring stuff like bowling, Towers Trading, Pizza Hut, shops, bars etc...
Also awalkway from Towers Village to Cariba Creek.

OTHER STUFF DURING THE DAY...

Right next to the Trafford Center is playgolf. A big driving range. They could have one at AT?

Also Carbia Creek and Spa (of course)

Then lots of walks, fishing, wildlife etc... at Forest View resort.

FINISHED!

How's that for starters! 8)

Nice...

But people will take advantage of the non-rider ticket, big time. That's the reason why they don't do it.
