Wow this might actually be a completed track by the weekend! Looks very impressive for a compact coaster, would love to try and get across to Southend at some point soon

Looks like Kanonen a bit :? - cool anyway.

Would be rather an effort to go there just for that, but maybe I will at some point - who knows.

Looks very nice indeed. Like AstroDan, it is too far for me to drive just to go on that but if i'm ever in the vicinity i will certainly go and have a ride.

They're certainly not wasting any time with Rage, the track is now complete:

It looks like it could be an amazing ride, though possibly a little too short.

Update, control box and cars arrive!
I think the colours and everything on the cars are amazing!

Looks amazing. They can get the pull through done near enough immediately probably and a few weeks of intensive testing will see it open in early February i'm guessing

Nick

Its classed as a non-permanent structure to avoid local planning constraints

Update!

Lets hope the weather calms down so testing can start tommorow, I must say this thing looks very impressive, I cannot wait to ride this now!
Nick

I think it will be no time at all untill the ride opens! Is the park open or closed?

At the moment it is only open weekends. :)
Nick

I reckon we could see this open virtually anytime soon! Even if its just a soft opening until the park opens fully, good opportunity to get the ride run in

If I'm honest, it doesn't look as good as Speed. It misses out the massive bunny hop hill which gives you some great airtime.

Still, it's a Eurofighter and they officially rock, I love how instead of tilting you over the edge like Oblivion does, it just happily careens over the edge at a consistent speed - makes a nice change and is quite scary! Looking forward to riding it!
