Oblivion isn't not too heavy. Having a third row would detract from the experience (third row won't really be able to see the drop).

A 3rd row with stadium seating really would not detract from the experience, quite the opposite. 3rd row on SheiKra provides the best airtime by a mile due to the way the seats are constructed. You feel so far removed from the track that you almost feel as if you're free-falling.

I doubt it'd work with Oblivion though, due to the size of the tunnel. Besides, most of this discussion is irrelevant. Merlin are not the sort of company to make these kind of adjustments to a ride, given the financial outlay it would take. Especially not something that's 16 years old and still attracts a healthy queue.
