TowersTimes is pleased to present a chance for you to win a once in a lifetime experience, a flight in the TowersTimes Aircraft over the Alton Towers Resort this coming Sunday! (17th March)
You'll be flying with one of our admins as well as the mysterious MI7 whilst we fly over the park to take photos of the construction of The Smiler. We are able to offer this prize as we will be using a larger aircraft than usual and as a result we have a spare seat available.
How to enter:
Simply email competition@towerstimes.co.uk, include your forum username within the email subject and tell us using no more than 100 words why you think you should win the prize! Humour is encouraged!
The winner will be selected at random from the entries received.
Closing time is 7:00PM Friday (15th March) Entries after this time will not be accepted. The winner will be announced shortly afterwards.

The flight will take off in the morning at an airport nearby to The Alton Towers Resort. We will confirm the location to the winner.
This prize is weather permitting, we will keep in touch with the winner to keep them informed of the situation on the day. If we need to cancel the flight for any reason we will rearrange for an alternative date.
Conditions:
* Age Restriction: Minimum of 18 years old. Please bring proof of ID.
* You must be a registered member of TowersTimes Forum
* You must provide your own transport to and from the airport. Exact location will be confirmed upon winning.
* If you cannot make it we cannot rearrange the flight, we will only rearrange the flight if we cancel due to weather conditions.
* If you are unable to claim the prize for some reason we reserve the right to offer it to another member.
* This competition is not sponsored or endorsed by The Alton Towers Resort or Merlin Entertainments.
* Winner will need to provide their weight in advance. Yes. Really! There is a maximum weight limit of 16stone for this experience.
* You agree to maintain the secrecy of MI7's identity. It's a little bit of fun we intend to keep up!
* We reserve the right to make changes to the prize for safety reasons.
* You agree that we can reveal the identity of the winner along with the entry submitted.

Unfortunately today's flight was canceled due to adverse weather. The winner was informed, and the flight has been postponed.
Apologies for the lack of info on this, but most of the team have been up at Alton over the weekend for the opening.
