Best European park?

I have just returned from Australia and suffering from the holiday blues so im looking for a mega cheap weekend getaway for the autumn to include a themepark.
I have already been to Port aventura and Terra Mittica so what would be the best place to fix my need for speed besides these two?

Out of the Euro parks I've been to (Port Aventura, Mirablinadia, Walibi Holland and Gardaland), Mirabilandia was my favourite though Europa Park gets a lot of praise and looks amazing, so I'd say go for Europa if you're just after a theme park visit.

I have to say a under looked park is Plopsaland in Belgium. Easily accessible within 30 minutes from Calais.
Failing that Phantasialand in Germany.
