I understand that changes may have had to be made but it makes it really awkward to browse the forum. There just seems to be so many clicks back and forth now when before it was simple.

Have to admit I am not very good with changes :(

Just do the above and it will show you the latest posts, seriously cutting down on clicks. In addition the team have mentioned that several times that they are looking into new forum software.

Firstly, as someone else pointed out, it's an extra click. Secondly, there's numerous forums I'm not interested in, such as traffic boost, x-cite, Alton Towers Archive and all the trip planning forums. They'd all come up in that big new post list.

WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! :P

The team ARE looking into it!

Solutions are been looked at, however as is so common in life to bring back one feature on the forum often means changes elsewhere so a change in the forum is inevitable. We just have to decide whats important for TTF 's userbility.

We dont intend that the new post list be a permenant solution Sam its just an option for people in the interim. Though many prefer to use that option already.

Please also remember the people looking into this (the technical and admin bods) also have full time jobs so things take a little bit of time.

One change I've just noticed: When looking through old forums with posts from last year or before, the date a post was made on no longer includes a year. An intentional removal for speed, or an unexpected side effect? :?

I noticed that as well, Diogo.

It's just a slight issue due to the change in date format. Give us a few days guys and things will be different.

I've reset the date format to include the year once again, apologies for the error!
