And its almost as if they check these forums daily!

This will be the fourth name for the coaster in less than a month, from Sonic Spinball > Spinball Whizzer > Spinball Wizzard and it seems they settled on "Pinball Wizard".

If they keep looking at us for advice, get an RMC!

From the Colossus queue today:

"This is the one with the triple corkscrew, isn't it?"

Outside the Chessington Safari Hotel:
"If the Legoland hotel is built out of Lego, is this one made out of Chessington?"

*monorail drives past Galactica*

"Oi nah, that's that brand new one innit."

*monorail drives past nemesis*

"Is that the Oblivion?"
"Yeah, that's what the map says"
"Looks well sick"

Later that same day, we were on the Skyride, and there was a family on with us. As we went over DF,

*points at Th13teen*
"Is that Rita then?"
"Must be, I think they've painted it since I last came, it used to be red."

It wasn't even the child of the family either. This was a discussion the parents were having. If they bothered to pay attention to the large red coaster right next to them, they might have figured it out.

One funny incident many years ago when I was in school:
Girl: "The metal stuff that comes up in the track is what makes Stealth launch"
Me: "nope, it's pulled by a cable"
Girl: "NO IT'S MAGNETS AND STUFF MY DAD TOLD ME. HE'S A FIREFIGHTER"

Ahh I heard that. Although the only parts I heard were 'UK theme park' and then the answer and then It said it was thorpe park. At least I know what the question is now!

I was talking to a friend about Thorpe Park, he told me when he went he "accidentally" went on Saw.

So did he trip up and end up rolling through the queue line, roll up some stairs and then fall into the carriage only to pull down the restraint, all while trampling over others in the queue?

I mean, boy don't you just hate it when that happens...

A good few are in the Smiler queue now, people get put on the front row and on numerous occasions i hear them say "Please can we wait for the back/can we go on the back?"

I also heard on Monday on a monorail ride to the park (during ERT) "Oh, we have to make full use of this hour, do we go for the smiler? No, no, lets all go for Galactica as its nice an easy, and near nemesis". They all agreed to head to, and ride Galactica at 9:10 (they started to head straight over there at 9:10 as they got through the gates). I chuckled to myself whilst wandering over to Oblivion and Spinball, knowing they would be disappointed and would have to wait 45mins to ride (or walk all the way back to X Sector). They wanted to ride it during the ERT, the queues throughout monday for Galactica were walk ons both time! (so its not even though they still saved queuing time) - Even my other half, who didn't know much of the ERT, found it funny that they would end up at the opposite side of the park for no other reason, than to be disappointed that they would have to wait another 45mins for it to open.

I'm going to hell for not letting them know

Today in the Galactica queue line two girls were standing behind us and one got a phone call and said:

"We are just waiting to go on Nemesis, Air, Galactica?" Gave me a bit of a chuckle. :lol

I was sitting by Black Bucaneer yesterday, eating some chips, when a kid (pointing at Black Bucaneer) said
"Let's go on Blade I've been on it before"

In the queue by the baggage hold for Saw on thursday, after waiting about 20-25 minutes
*Saw has a technical issue*
"This is so typical of Saw, we'll be stuck here for at least an hour, let's go"
*group of 3 people leave immediately because of one person*
*Saw opens again after 5 minutes*
*witch cackle*

Random woman looking at the smiler:
"It's fine, they've put leg guards on it now. Big massive leg guards at the front. It never had them before."

Random woman's son (probably about 8):
"I know, before they put the leg guards in, you're legs just used to dangle"

Had a laugh after that with the group I was with. :)

Two things at Pleasure Beach today:

Woman ordering in Burger King asks "What's The Big Fish Burger? Is it chicken?"

Girl in Big Dipper queue, "OMG, is this the one where your eyes like come out of your face?!"
Life is a roller coaster. You can either scream every time you hit a bump or you can throw your hands up in the air and enjoy it.

Was Alton Towers on the 24th of June; my brother and I walked past Blade and I heard, "oh, this one used to be called Ripsaw!"
