I watched a PoV compilation of their rollercoasters made about 9 months ago. They were in shocking states, they had a spinning wild mouse coaster where the car would only spin half a turn before screeching to a halt (rust or bearings being gone), another of the coasters looked rough as hell. Honestly it's not surprising they had a major incident with their most complex coaster (and a poor safety record in general).
I'd imagine every ride in the park needs a full on inspection and expensive refurbishment. The land the park's on is likely a more attractive proposition than keeping the park going.
