Dear Watchdog / Anne Robinson,

I work hard for a living, supporting my family and hardly having any time for my own social life, and can neigh afford this too (damn government screwing the country up, I mean AND the News of the World hacked my god damn phone - seriously theres no wonder I barely survive).

So I have one 'special internet' indulgence, it doesnt cost me anything, but its nice to look and sometimes even touch my specific, individual interest.

An opportunity arose to, well, 'get something back' from the website, for my own, personal use, at home. They wanted my money and no questions asked, I thought, why not?

Now nothing has arrived, I darent complain, as I'll be judged, I cant go to the police and say its fraud either - due to the embarrassment level.

Oh Annie, what should I do?
