Runs a lot faster than I imagined. Could they run it fast at peak times, then slow during quieter hours? It could be a transportation method in the morning and evening, then an attraction during the day.
TFL, have you not heard of paint?! It looks bland.
The price also seems expensive for a Cable car with just 2 stops

It's really just a tourist attraction so most people will probably only go on it a handful of times. I think the price is okay when you bear that in mind.
Perhaps if the gave the supports a Stealth style paint-job it might look a bit better? :P

Hideous? Fugly?!
Anyone else think it's beautiful? The support pylons are the most beautiful on any cable car anywhere in the world!

Perhaps if you were to swap the supports for the ones from Alton Towers?
Lovely! :P
I actually don't mind the supports. It may have been nice to see red white and blue cars instead of just white ones, or maybe even a sterling silver look?

It just completes that whole area of London. I can't wait to ride just to admire how modern and efficient it is undoubtedly going to be, not to mention the stunning views it will offer!
I agree larger gondolas would look mucgh better across the skyline, but then a larger capacity would mean you'd have to share your gondola with a load of other people which wouldn't be too good.
Any idea on the price of a return ticket?
Efficient? TFL?
Bwahahahahahahahaha! Aaaahhhahahahahahaha!
How would sharing your gondola with other people be any different to the tube, or a bus, or the London Eye?

I thought it looked nice until the gondolas went on. Now I think it looks dreadful. It looks like there are too many and the whole thing is overloaded. It'd look nicer with half as many larger gondolas if you ask me.

I've heard rumours that this will only operate on peak days in the summer as part of government cuts on advice from a certain N.V.
(Sorry, I couldn't resist :P)

Good news is, the first video from inside the cars, and it looks stunning!
Bad news is, it probably won't be open for the Olympics.

Love how much it seems to swing while slowing down to enter the station! Could prove rather thrilling :P

To be honest I think this looks great but...
It may just be me being naive, but how has it cost £62.5million?!
Could've got an Intamin launcher to catapult you there and back for that! And have some left over! :P

If you go down to the Towers today, you\'d better ride Th13teen. :P
