"Mountain Flyer" GCI terrain coaster for Knight Valley
It gets better every time I see it, I think the ride's in danger of collapsing under it's own epicness, in the same way that did for Freddie Mercury. It's pure epic power will simply devour it =P~

Nemmy has gone into labour. And it's beautiful :P
This is officially at the top of my must ride list.

Looks great but, like most new rides in China - I will probably never ride this - so I don't really care too much.
NL is NL. Wait for a real life POV. I'm pretty sure you're opinion will be completely reversed
It does look good, but this has the terrain, and was built as a great coaster, not as a conversion. Plus GCI trains
Is there any point in anyone bothering with a wooden coaster after this? Surely this is the zenith of woody evolution.

For some things there is no rational explanation. There is no way out. There is no happy ending to this story. Welcome to the unknown. Welcome to eternal darkness.

I think we should sacrifice a small child to the great coaster gods so we can get something like this over here. =P~

This certainly does look as if it will be the best wooden coaster ever built. In fact, in a million years time when people are all gone I want aliens to come down to earth and remember the human race by the fact that they built this.

Does anyone know the name of the designer of this beast? Surely they are worthy of being added to the list of Gods on the wiki

Surely not one man could design this? Surely it is the work of a god? Or aliens? Maybe the vengefull ghost of Anton Schwarztkopf?
Whoever it is, I hope he gets one huge bonus for this.

Watching the POV, it actually reminds me a lot of the start of Nemesis. The way that you start off right in the middle of the chaos of track. And then the lift and gently takes you away, with the peaceful turnaround.
It's the moment after the first drop and 90° turn that reminds me of Nemesis. The drop after that feels the same as Nemesis' first drop - a sudden descent into the pit of madness. Rather than a drop, both feel more like a descent into anarchy.

I think this man is your best bet.

Emailed GCI, asking which people were involved in designing the ride.
Jeff Pike is responsible for the final design and has been for all GCI's rides since Kentucky Rumbler in 2006.
Joseph Draves and Evan Souliere make up the supporting engineering staff.
