You have perhaps had a network ban placed on your IP range.

Write a quick email here:

http://www.dynastynet.net/index.php?act ... I%20banned

And ask them to check if you've been banned, and why, and they should sort it for you

It probably wasn't you, it was someone that previously had your IP address for your computer has probably caused trouble and been banned.

Of course, internet IPs get recycled by service providers, and then bans etc like this still apply to that address unfortunately - but they'll usually remove them for you anyway when asked.

No, through the TT chat, it won't work.
