That was in my mind - I've tried to add to that but it wouldn't surprise me at all if they considered a lift.

I thought this might be fun - a room where the walls close in you. The partitions are on wheels and pushed in and out by hydrolic pistons. I think it would be best if they moved so slow you could barely tell and cause people to be disoriented. :8

i've thought about something similar used in some kind of pre-show element especially if all four walls were to do it, but its difficult especially as you'd need some kind of walkway for people to be guided into which kind of ruins the illusion a bit. that's one thing i always took away from the haunted house/duel que. In a thematic sense, why on earth is this big walkway going right through the middle of the room? it's there for obvious reasons but from a story telling/theme standpoint it kind of ruins it a bit.

Interesting idea, not sure how you'd pull it of though lol. You could also lift the ceiling quite easy but it would leave a gap.

A project I`m currently working on would fit well into the X sector theme. Its an unusual 4th dimension coaster. The theme is set in a dystopian future. Its about the element Titanium... ;)

It looks great but you must have spent 20 million on themeing alone!

Where coaster corner used to be (just behind the David Walliams land now) is a fairly sizable plot of land, if cleared entirely it could house a pretty substantial large mini land.

I think the park's decision not to build anything there since the wild mouse was removed was due to noise complaints, but what if the entire land was enclosed on one large show building.

Essentially, you could have a new dark ride/coaster, which the park no longer has. Or maybe a new land filled with much smaller rides with a real tailored theme as you don't have to worry about the elements etc.

Mermaid Lagoon at Tokyo Disney Sea is incredibly immersive, but when you pair back the theming it really is just an area filled with small kids rides a few shops and a theatre. I'd love them to have a go at something like that. The budget would be astronomical, though. But still. I thought it would be a pretty interesting idea, especially for a new land.

I think the park needs to think about expanding and building on what land they have available, rather than replacing rides.

EDIT - The video starts just at the entrance to Mermaid Lagoon.
