Scarefest is not on this week. It next runs from Friday 16th October to the 1st November
Ride count since the beginning of 2015: 2632!
Ride count 2021: 416!

Ahh in that case - How will the queue times look like if I were to go this Friday?

With limited numbers what are the queue times like during Scarefest (this year), would there be any fast track passes available after 4pm? How much are they (heard about £10!).

In two minds whether to go for 2 days, one really long day or an evening? All depending on queue times and how busy it's likely to be? Presumably it won't be any busier than a really busy day in the current climate.
Today and tomorrow aren’t Scarefest days.

The event begins again this Friday, 16th October and runs until 1st November.

So it seems season pass pre-book tickets over Scarefest are only available for 'twilight' entry and not the full day? I assume this applies to both standard and premium passes? Makes the 'perk' of free entry Scarefest for premium only seem redundant if so...

I believe it was initially possible to pre-book full day tickets, but the allocations of these tickets for Season and Annual passholders have since "sold-out". The 'Twilight' tickets are something Merlin have introduced across their parks to address this, but when there do often seem to be normal admission tickets still available on the same dates, it doesn't provide a complete solution.

Is there any way to get the usual half-price entry discount this year? All my codes are for in-person tickets and obviously, that doesn't work this year

Edit: found out you can, but I have a new question: how do you book mazes in advance, can you book them on the day still?

Does anyone know if there any sort of groups for roller coaster phobia? Like a either where you all try and overcome rides or get lectured how to get the courage? I saw something about it on ScreweyLoops channel but not found anything more on it

Hey everyone - do you know if there's a way to get tickets when they are sold out online for a certain date? Thanks!

Buying tickets through the Resort website is the only way to guarantee your entry for a specific day.

If you are a Passholder, there may be Twilight tickets available on the day you want to visit, these allow you entry from 4pm.

The best thing to do would be to regularly check the website, as it has been known for additional tickets to be made available close to the date if there’s enough room to move tickets from one allocation to another.

Can you still book maze tickets in person or do you have to pre-book online?

I've not personally visited any parks this year due to covid, but I should imagine it would be best to pre-book in this current climate

Hello there
My lad is 1.54 m but he's worried about being too skinny for the ride braces/clamps etc.
He is pretty skinny but is this really a problem?
any advice welcome because the website only focuses on height and doesn't mention anything about weight or anything like that..
Thanks

The manufacturers design their ride seating based on height only, which generally caters for all body shapes, so he should be fine. It's larger guests which generally have trouble with the restraints not closing adequately, not so much skinny guests.

We recommend he tries the test seats at the entrance to the attractions to confirm he is happy with the position.

I’ve vaguely heard about it I think. I’ll ask some people.

Hello there! Does anyone know anything about the 2021 season passes? I was promised one for my birthday but it dosn't seem like they’ll be on sale at all.

Are they going to sell them when they re-open after the extended closing period because of COVID, or are they just not going to sell them at all?

If anyone knows please tell me! Thank you!
