I think because the attraction relies on actors - they probably want to do it during the day whilst they're there as opposed to pay them overtime. Also - it's also for the actors' benefit that they get as much rehearsal time with the audience as possible - so there are more hours in a day than in a night - irregardless as to whether it's for hotel guests or not.

This is what the train tickets look like.
You may notice the Picsolve logo, that's because this will act as your on ride photo card. You will visit two photo points in the queue, first a group photo op and second an induvidual 3D head in a jar photo op. You then keep hold of this card until you reach the shop where you scan the ticket once more and your photos will appear on the screens and in the glass jar.

Does anyone know how this system will work for people with Rise Access Passes? I'm going on Friday and later in the month, and although I doubt it will be open by then, I'm just curious about what will happen. Thanks

I would assume it's just standard. There is a separate queue for riders with the pass. You won't be able to get on-ride photos, as only the main queue passes through these points - meaning that disabled and Fastrack queues cut this out. If you or the person you're with is in a wheelchair you'll have to receive a time slot from guest services as opposed to ambulant riders who I believe will just queue in the disabled queue as normal. The ride access guide is yet to be updated of course, so when this is updated then all the information will be stated there.

I'm thinking that it will either open tomorrow or in the week, perhaps on the Wednesday or Thursday. This would give them a couple of days of normal operation before the weekend.Owen wrote:The park have confirmed that there are currently no more public test dates planned as of yesterday.
Something tells me it'll be opening very soon... Next weekend perhaps?

I saw that too, but I can't find any reference to it anywhere on the internet. It's not on Twitter, neither Thorpe Park or Derren Brown have mentioned it, it's not a Thorpe Park press release, and most critically nobody on this site has mentioned it.
