Next years additions if they go ahead will be family focused and might involve bringing back one or two previous attractions.
Plus a major upgrade to The Crash Pad.

I guess simple answer is no I believe! LOLsw7nutter wrote: Having just asked if there are any new rides coming i got a rather limited response:
@THORPEPARK As this season comes to a close is there any new rides which we can look forward to next season.
@Showingthatgame you'll have to wait and see
Going by planning permission i would say that there is nothing new coming but their response does imply that there will be something new.
TBH if they bring back CCR or 4D Cinema, I wouldn't class them as new as they were only mothballed for a few years. I have missed the 4D cinema too
If you go down to the woods today

Old 5D ride from the old London Dungeons is in Storage at the park I believe, so maybe going to be placed inside the old Pirates 4D building!
No Planning Permission Needed, as inside also they need a dark ride, the building would have space for a themed inside queue if the stage is ripped out.

As long as there is Imagination in the World, there will be bigger, better rides!

Has anyone seen that they have planning permission for an enlarged Crash Pad - http://planning.runnymede.gov.uk/Northg ... I=PLANNING
They also have outline planning permission for a new full hotel on the car park side of the lake - http://planning.runnymede.gov.uk/Northg ... I=PLANNING - although this has plans without Swarm and an alternative Saw layout so I think this was submitted quite a long time ago.

Thorpe's opening times are very standard, nothing out of the ordinary and I'd be AMAZED if they stayed like that for the season. I really don't understand why Thorpe advertise their opening times so early on and then change them. Remember at the end of 2006 when we all got excited because Thorpe published that they'd be open for Christmas and new year, only for those winter openings to be very quickly dropped when the 2007 season begun, together with the many other opening times changes which seem to happen year in year out.

I don't see why those opening times would change for the worse as they are standard for Thorpe like you said... I'm sure this year May bank holiday weekend (at the beginning) was open until 7 instead of 6 in 2014, and were opening until 7 at end of July, where it only starts in August. I mean I can't complain about the opening hours as they're decent especially in comparison to Alton Towers, just not as good as this year in a few places, although this could change, as we'd always rather extended opening hours rather than shortening them

It'll be open at 10am on the first day of the 2014 season and break down after a few hours... it opened in 2014, so they're not lying. just my opinion of what will happen lol!

First off, I love Nemesis and Nemesis Inferno, they are both great rides. I prefer Nemesis' theming, but beside that, I think they both provide brilliant rides. For me the interlocking corkscrews are the best bit!!! I love it all, but that bit gives me the biggest buzz

Is it just me that found that the prelift is fairly forceful? Also that loop is beautiful. Nemesis is better but Inferno is good too, better than I was expecting. The shop is disappointing, but the station makes up for that with the epic red lights and music. Its a good ride, not as good as Nemesis but good!

The option I would have chosen is not there and it's the Zero-G-Roll. Now it's not generally the roll itself but the exit out and into that sweeping turn. Some great forces there
