I would just like to say, Lewis you are doing a fantastic job with updates on This construction Topic and without you I am sure updates would be a lot less frequent. Thank You :)

The loop looks smaller than I expected but still looks excellent.

Well seeing as I'm following its construction, I may as well post what's going on here, so anyone else who's also interested can stay updated.

Half the zero-g roll is up...

More of the zero-g roll is up, and there appears to be more supports and track ready to go up too.

Also, we have a rather happy construction worker in this image for KI's twitter.

There has been no further progress on the track, however work has now begun on the station - as shown in this image from KI's twitter.

Today, track work has once again resumed, with the exit of the zero-g roll now in place...

I'm not sure if I like the look of this.. I mean, I'm all for inverted coasters but I'm not sure if I like this..Might prove me wrong when it is built but at the moment it seems to..much.

I think it looks very...odd. Like, it looks far too big and the inversions seem odd. Like, a barrel roll, just seems...strange, the layout I mean. I don't know, it just isn't my sort of ride really, I suppose I could say. Don't hate me, just my opinion.

I agree with your dislike of the the barrel roll, but inverts on this scale have existed since Montu back in '96...

Personally, I'm quite impressed by the layout of this over most of the inverts B&M have been throwing out for the past decade or so - at least this and OzIris actually contain some degree of imagination, despite the lack of intensity.

I never said you weren't entitled to an opinion. I was just interested. :P

I think with this ride you will just feel the thrill and intensity around a large open space. The thing l love about nemmy, inferno and montu is they are interactive with the ground and pathways. This is almost too big for my liking and I would bet that the theming is minimal. It will still be fun to ride but not really an experience in my opinion.

Pretty much what I was thinking. They don't seem to take 'intensity and experience into consideration in America. Just 'how big can we make this thing', meh..

WOW. That zero-g-roll looks amazing! It's good to see some more B&M inverts being built with different layouts. These days most of them are just clones of each other.

Erm......
  • Batman: The Ride as been cloned at numerous Six Flags parks.
Other non invert B&M clones(ish)
  • Chang is a mirror of Mantis, ok, not a clone but pretty close.
  • Orochi is a Raptor clone but it's now SBNO.
  • G5 and Oblivion are pretty similar but not exact.
Other than that, I can't understand the "B&M clones" comment either.

Woooo no need for sarcasm I was only asking. And really only one of them points are correct. A clone is an exact copy.
