The Smiler, during late summer, just over 2 hours. 2nd longest would probably be Blivvy, just over an hour. Smiler broke down twice in the queue and Oblivion broke down once in the queue too.

I think it was Rita, at about forty five minutes, although I have only visited once. It would have certainly been longer if I had ridden The Smiler, but unfortunately it was closed when I went. :(

Rita (in its opening or second year) queued 2 hours for her to shut down for the afternoon.
The Smiler 90 mins on my first trip (though only half an hour of that was actual from 10am queues)
Th13teen 90 mins at Scarefest.

50 minutes for Rita. I've always done The Smiler in the SRQ and have queued up to 45 minutes for that (although once I got on in 3 minutes!!!)

The longest I think I've queued for anything must be the 40-45 minutes in the SRQ for The Smiler and Air in the summer. Sometimes the SRQ moves really quickly, yet at other times it barely moves at all, it seems to depend on the ride teams on each individual ride as to how well it's managed.

26th Oct this year. Smiler about 165 mins. Passed through main entrance after 20 mins, broke down after 30. 20 minutes of a VERY slow moving queue, due to people bailing, followed by some test runs and the ride began operating again, this time, however, with 3 trains. Then it began to rain. First, they only warned guests about the 'pain' of riding in the rain, over the loudspeaker. Soon after, however, the threated us with cessation of operation, if the weather continued to be the way it was! Then, at the tuck shop in the queueline, some people decided to queuejump us. Then, about 25-30 mins later, we boarded.

Fortunately I found the falling down piece of shrapnel to provide a very decent ride.

Apart from The Smiler at the beginning of the season, I think it may have been Nemesis a few years ago now. I remember actually using the old queue line that never seems to be used theses days, the one that goes right back into the trees.
As for length of queue time,I can't remember exactly, but it was probably around 2 - 2.5 hours.
I know crazy right :P
