If You could bring back one past ride?
I would say Corkscrew, simply because it was my first 'big' coaster, and I only got to ride it once, before it was closed.

Black hole. For years there was a picture of me and my dad on the black hole when i must have been about 8. (amazing what a few little girl tears will do to make operatives blind to the fact she needs to grow a few inches! )
I am totally going to have to find that out now!

Where did Rita used to be then? I thought it has always been there? :Sclayj wrote: I'd bring back Rita.... Personally I thought it was a great ride experience, just placed completely in the wrong section of the park ! I was happy to see it relocated at the time as it lead to the long awaited & needed development of the Dark Forrest to reach it's full potential that we all knew it had, but Rita was holding back. The park's management were able to add a couple of extremely well themed flats, increase the onslaught of the Vines over the courtyard to include Hex in the DF's line up...
As a side effect, it was great to have seen Rita relocated to another Merlin park which was previously struggling with investment and was also able to fit it's flat footprint into their park relatively easy.
Oh, hang on, was that a dream ??

Dynamo to replace Submission in X-Sector because it will be back in its original home With a Mondial Supernova to replace Ripsaw, called ThunderBolt Corkscrew to replace Sonic Spinball and the Ice Tent to return to showing performances
AND THIS IS HOW I WANT THE ENERGISER TO RUN!

If i could i'd bring back Thunder Looper and Corkscrew. Both had amazing impact at Alton Towers and both very popular rides. But because this is asking for one then i'd have to say Corkscrew. Just for the fact that it made Alton towers famous and the fact that it was a very good family thrill coaster!

Black Hole for me.
It's a ride that has fascinated me for a long time. I never got to ride it. Apparently, what was inside the tent wasn't exactly impressive. As someone that has ridden a Jet Star 1 model, I know how powerful these kinds of Swartzy rides can be! I can only image what the Black Hole must've been like.

I would bring back the almighty Corkscrew, it's got such a strong place in my heart and I was so upset to see it go...
