George, I think it's because when pretty much everything Europa do is absolutely amazing, then Europa doing something incredible simply becomes the norm.
That said, the theming of this thing goes above and beyond. Absolutely gorgeous. The craftsmanship on display is incredible, there's some really beautiful things in this queue. The ride area and station will clearly be simply a joy to be in and around during summer.

Sam & Dave...thank you for replying
I just started to ask my self if probably this is something that matches with the taste of the german and suisse people...but probably NOT the taste of english people that much...you know...as I am quite new to this forum...I don`t know whether there`s a big difference or not.
I`m totally in love with what I`m seeing, but I know I really should not expect everyone to react that way.

George, the theming is amazing. I think everyone is suffering from exhaustion of a weekend Towers trip, and the disappointment of their latest £4m investment!
Whilst the theming is more common to German/Swiss attractions, we are crying out for this kind of attention paid to UK parks. Sadly, we are never treated to it

Oh my god! This looks amaaaazing! Then again, why am I surprised? It's EP!
I can see this being my first ever wooden coaster! I usually think they look a bit out of place, but the way they've themed this it fits in perfectly! It'll make that drive to Tipidorf even more exciting!
Hotels, Atlantica, Wodan, Blue Fire and then Silver Star?! Nerd overload!!!!

This project seems to be delayed to 2014.
There was an article in the local newspaper ("badische zeitung") where Roland Mack told that this ride will open 2014. He also said, that they want to build a second Park with a water theme (waterpark?) in the 2016/2017 period.

Actually gutted.
Maybe they overspent on Wodan/Bell Rock? Or they just don't feel they've got it quite right yet?
I wonder what will come next year instead, EuroSat refurb?

Before the announcement of Wodan EP planed for 2012 a second extension to the enchanted forest.
This extension will not be build in 2012, so my guess is that they will build it in 2013.
I have also heard a rumour that EP ist not satisfied with the first extension to the enchanted forest. So maybe they have bigger plans for the enchanted forest than those that are known yet.

Was in Rust again today...saw Wodans current testruns.
They are close to putting the wolfes on top of the lifthill !
Also...they are building a little "village" under Atlantica...looks impressive!
(Sorry no pics today !)
Think I won`t be there again before opening weekend...I hope tomorrow we`ll be getting some pictures of the finished lifthill with those wolfes on top !
There is one last thing I want to tell you about Wodan`s speed before we`ll meet here on Sunday :
If you`re longing for an intense first ride on Wodan...then you probably should go for the first row !
It`s the only row you`ll be able to choose (!) and after hearing those first reviews it seems as if Wodan really delivers in the front. Good airtime...and an exceptional sense of SPEED !
(Probably not the best place...but better than "somewhere" in the middle I guess )
Rainer and me will definitively take place in the front on Friday !

Hey guys !
For all of you guys who may worry about Wodan running too slow...a look at my friend Ralfs video...starting at 1:30 (!!!)...will probably give you some hope back that Wodan will NOT dissapoint during Woodie Sosche :
(What you can (partially) see in that second half is how Wodan was running in the late afternoon !)

Ssssssh, you'll ruin the surprise. Although I think most people have already realised that the big red barn conceals many secrets. I heard that there's a Pretzel loop in there followed by an inverted turnaround. :-#DiogoJ42 wrote: What, no loops?
