You'll never get anyone big like Madonna as they want too much money and they will bring along way too many people.

It will only be your X Factor, new boy/girl bands or people starting out wanting to promote themselves.

They had a fairly good line up this year, so if they can have an similar line up for next year then they will do well. Thr only thing was they were very lucky with the weather this year.

My money is on Rita Ora, Pixie Lott, Jessie J and then a few yet-to-be X Factor rejects.

It will depend on who's got an album coming out that they want to promote.

Is it too much to hope for Biffy Clyro??

They did have a number 1 album not too long ago, a couple of months ago if I remember correctly.

I think they need to mix it up with new and old bands who are still going.

For example modern:

Will I am
Jessie J
Katie Perry
Lady Ga Ga

Classic

Madness
Duran Duran
Five
S club 7

Considering they're some of the biggest names in music at the moment (rightly or wrongly), I don't think the budget would stretch to cover them. For example, GaGa could probably sell out the park for several nights on her own.

S Club would get me interested! Why not throw Steps in there while we are at it!

This is why I never intend to go, it's all pop ****. Besides, I have an excellent music venue in the form of Jodrell Bank only 10-15 minutes away from home that actually has good music on and is ten times more spectacular :P
I'm not completely useless, I can be used as a bad example :P
