Universal have announced plans to build a new resort in Beijing, China, set to be it's largest yet.
Costing an estimated $7.98 Billion, the proposed park would be Universal's sixth theme park, and their third in Asia (currently Universal has parks in Japan and Singapore). Construction will take place in two phases - a hotel and the Universal CityWalk retail and entertainment complex will be built first, followed by the theme park, water park, and five additional hotels in phase two. As it is currently still in the concept stage there has been no indication of which Universal IPs will feature among the attractions at the park. If things go to schedule, the entire project will be completed for a 2019 opening.

I know concept art isn't much to go by, but there is a complete replica of The Hulk Coaster on the left, with launch tunnel facing towards the lake.
Would seem strange to focus on this detail if they didn't intend to include this in the roller coaster line up...
It is funny how this huge resort will be complete by 2019, and Paramount is just sitting there getting pushed back as each month goes by, and it's due to open small to start with and grow each year.
