I also think it will be a really good Coaster and there is enough space.
With the Wooden coaster this is the best part of Europa Park
-Launch Coaster
-Splash Battle
-Wooden Coaster

Bell Rock Video - Roland and Thomas Mack (with English subtitles)
Kudos to EP, a few of us asked them on YouTube a few days back to upload a subtitled version of this, and they have done it.
Some information on the why's and wherefore's of Bell Rock.
Dr. Schaeuble once said: "Mr. Mack, Europa-Park is like a lighthouse against the economic depression in our country". So we thought: why not build a lighthouse!
Oh Roland, you're so amazingly self indulgent and full of yourself but somehow you just get away with it. :P
Also, good old Scottish boarders.

Park update: 19.7.11
The new Milka shop opened at the weekend, together with a new style boutique - Miss Germany - which the park supports, and hosts, everyyear. In addition to the launch ceremony for Volo da Vinci. Pictures as follows:

Quite a lot of ground work, and pouring has been going on lately:
Sadly, in spite of it being almost 5 weeks since the GCI news surfaced, EP have still said nothing about layout or theme.

Europa Park are really doing well this year, that looks like quite a high profile launch for the ride, it feels like fairytale alley was last years addition. I'd love to see a UK park with the same philosophy as Europa Park, they're hitting the nail on the head every time.
Europa-Park will launch a brand new website, their first for some years, in 9 days.

Top speed is now advertised as over 100km/h:
They seem to be really starting to accelerate in the construction, too:

20 new jobs? Is it really going to take that many people to operate? :P
Or maybe they mean construction... which isn't really a new job if it's only for a few months...

Factor in Ride operation a photo shop and maybe gift shop and then remember you need to rotate the jobs to cover 7 days a week then 20 jobs is likely the right figure

This is looking like a really promising coaster, comparing this to Troy it seems generally about the same length and height but quite a bit faster. Looks like its going to be quite a compact layout which means lots of nice tight twisting throughout the layout. Not going to make much of a judgement yet but it's on my cards as being a strong contender for next years rides.
Basically I'm really looking forward to seeing how this turns out.
