10.SAW:the ride

Not a bad coaster by any means, but hasn't been as enjoyable this year in comparison to previous years. Despite this, it's still a top 10 UK coaster for me.

9.Stealth

Has placed higher in previous years but felt a little bit let down by stealth this season, ridden every row and every seat and I still feel that the overall atmosphere around the ride and the anticipation has died down somewhat this year. Fright nights alone was the reason for the placement on the list.

8.Rita

Placed much higher on this list than it would have done prior to the season, but having discovered the joy of front row rides on Rita, my opinion was changed for the better. Still painfully rough in the back though.

7.Air

Managed to get quite a few (15) rides on Air this season, and having not ridden much prior to this, was pleasantly surprised at what I thought was a much better ride experience than before. Let's see what next year brings.

6.Oblivion

The large portion of the reasoning for Oblivion making the list comes from the ERT at Sizzler. Some fantastic rides on it made me appreciate just how good Oblivion can be, making it much higher on the 'to do' list during a Towers visit.

5.Nemesis Inferno

May come as a surprise that Inferno is high on the list, as prior to fright nights this wouldn't have made the top 10. Riding Inferno in the dark, 5 minutes after park close was one of the best experiences of the season in my opinion.

4.The Smiler

High on this list, and with good reason. Rode it 5 times across 2 days during May Half term and with each ride it kept getting better. Cannot wait to be back riding her come the new season and hope for more awesome rides.

3.Dragon's Fury

My most ridden coaster of the 2015 season (54), a big reason for the placement. Had some amazing rides on Fury this year which has made me realize just how much better than spinball it is. Halloween, riding at 9:30pm was definitely the highlight of the Cwoa season.

2.Colossus

This may come as a big surprise as Colossus doesn't carry the best reputation amongst enthusiasts, but this year it was the highlight of Thorpe for me. Front row is one of the best things on park, add a few night rides at summer nights and fright nights alike and it totaled as my most ridden Thorpe ride(44), and gave me a whole load of new respect for Intamin.

1.Nemesis

This should come as no surprise to anyone, and shouldn't really need an explanation. Easily the best coaster in the country, still world class after 21 years, and for those reasons coupled with some beautiful rides this season is enough to take the number one spot.

Only made it to the Merlin UK parks this season, however if all goes to plan I should be at Europa Park and many more UK parks in the 2016 season.
Adding to this here is the most ridden top 10:
10. Sonic Spinball:17 rides
jt 8th. SAW:the ride and Nemesis Inferno: 18 rides
jt 6th: Oblivion and Thirteen: 20 rides
5th: Colossus: 21 rides (got this and number 2 mixed in the initial report)
4th: The Swarm: 26 rides
3rd: Nemesis: 35 rides
2nd: Stealth:44 rides
1st: Dragon's Fury: 54 rides

Dude were you on the jet2 flight from Reus airport back to the East Midlands on 2nd June? I distinctly remember having a brief conversation with an enthusiast who had been to PA at the same time as me on my flight and they told me they had been on Shambhala 33 times during the trip. They looked really similar to you aswell. If it was you then I guess its a very small world.

OK, here we go, update time.

A quick 11-20 to save any "where's [ride]?" queries:

20. Air (pre-VR), Alton Towers
19. Kraken, SeaWorld Orlando
18. Hollywood Rip, Ride, Rockit, Universal Studios Florida
17. Oblivion, Alton Towers
16. Hungarian Horntail, Islands of Adventure
15. Cheetah Hunt, Busch Gardens Tampa
14. SAW: The Ride, Thorpe Park
13. The Swarm, Thorpe Park
12. Kumba, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay
11. Manta, SeaWorld Orlando

10 - The Smiler, Alton Towers:
I've actually only ridden The Smiler twice in my life. After my first ride, I was a little underwhelmed. It seemed like a rough coaster of average quality that was a clear record grab. However, my second ride left a very different experience. Perhaps it helped that it was on the morning of re-opening day 2016 and so there was an incredible atmosphere in the area, but I absolutely loved it. The theming is great and it really isn't too bad when it comes to roughness (when you forget that it's only three years old ;)) and provides a thrilling ride experience. It only just misses out on being the best coaster at Alton Towers for me.

9 - Nemesis, Alton Towers:
I may need to go into hiding after ranking Nemesis so lowly, but I really think the only reason I've included it in my top coasters before is because of community influence. I love the ride (the helix is by far the best bit) and there can be no doubt that it would've been a #1 coaster in 1994, but I personally feel like there are better coasters out there now. I've also never done front row or back row (to my knowledge), so that probably has an impact.

8 - Chinese Fireball, Islands of Adventure:
This is the 2nd best invert I've ever done. The first drop and inversion are enough to ensure that this will always stay high in my list. Just a really good ride. I do wish the two sides of Dragon Challenge still duelled (they did by accident on the load before mine, I was gutted), but this doesn't detract from the ride too much. Some more scenery around the ride would be good, but the queue is good.

7 - Montu, Busch Gardens Tampa:
An incredible invert and rough in a good way, Montu has everything you'd want from such a coaster: theming, intensity, good throughputs, height, and speed. It's really hard to find a negative for this coaster. The only bad part of my exprience was that I accidentally queued for a row that had specialised seating and so had to wait a total of three extra trains while they let "disabled" larger people on through the exit onto our row with their many friends as they needed the extra space. I wish they would remove this system and make these people queue like the rest of us, but still a great ride.

6 - SheiKra, Busch Gardens Tampa:
This is a fantastic dive coaster. Two huge drops, high speed, inversion, and, unlike many dives out there, some passable theming. It is the theming that prevents this coaster from climbing higher up the list as it could be better, but this is such an incredible ride, especially on the front row!

5 - Expedition Everest, Disney's Animal Kingdom:
I think I have a bit of explaining to do with this one. Expedition Everest is not a particularly thrilling ride, but it's such an incredible experience. I can't decide which bit I like best: the backwards section, main drop or second indoor section (where the yeti animatronic is lit up by strobes). An unbelievable family coaster with some fairly thrilling moments with a single rider queue that's usually dead even on hot August weekends. Despite how many times I did it on single rider and the fact that every time I was unlucky and ended up in the middle of the train, I still ranked it #5 every time I re-rode it and I think that speaks volumes.

4 - Stealth, Thorpe Park:
This is probably considered an interesting choice for my favourite coaster in the UK, but I just can't get enough of that launch. It has the third fastest acceleration of any coaster in the world and it shows. Whilst I'm keen to get out and try some other launched coasters, I doubt many will beat Stealth (and yes, I'm including rides that hit a higher top speed when I say that). The main complaint I hear is that it's too short and isn't worth a long queue, to which my response is go there at park opening, it's often a five minute wait at most for front row.

3 - Cú Chulainn, Tayto Park:
What a ride. Cú Chulainn is the only woodie I've ever been on and it's insane. Once you leave the chain, you spend more time out of your seat than in it. I rode it 11 times in a day and didn't get bored once. Oh, and front row's fantastic.

2 - Incredible Hulk (V2), Islands of Adventure:
I was lucky to ride this ride at night just a week after its re-opening. It's diabolical. The new theming, lights, and station are beyond impressive, the trains are incredible and the queue moved ridiculously fast (they were running three trains when I went though). These were all things noticeable before even getting in the seat. The ride experience was ... the closest I've seen to perfection on a coaster with a full shoulder restraint. The tunnel is beautiful, the launch is sudden, unexpected, and nowhere near as rough as I'd thought it might be. Emerging out of the tunnel and hitting the first inversion, it feels like you're going to fly off the edge of the track (especially at night), before you're pulled down and thrown into a wild yet smooth layout. It gave #1 and run for its money.

1 - Mako, SeaWorld Orlando:
Perfection. I first rode Mako in row 3 and thought "hey, this is potential competitor for #1". I then went around for a re-ride (that's another bonus: 5 minute queues at 9:45am just 2 months after opening) and waited for front row. Oh my god. It's unfortunate that I wasn't able to ride this on the back row, but I'd take it in any row over any of the above rides in their optimal rows. The airtime is fantastic and it packs quite a bit of force for such a smooth coaster, especially towards the end. There's nowhere in the world I'd rather be than at the crest of this coaster's lift hill.

I did not expect that to be such a long post :O

EDIT: Here's a top 10 most ridden (since January 2014):

10. Air (11 rides) [not done Galactica]
9. X (13 rides)
=7. Rattlesnake (16 rides)
=7. Vampire (16 rides)
=5. SAW: The Ride (17 rides)
=5. Dragon's Fury (17 rides)
4. Colossus (19 rides)
=2. Nemesis Inferno (22 rides)
=2. Stealth (22 rides)
1. The Swarm (25 rides)
