Hey everyone!

Its the last day of the London Dungeons on Tooley Street!

I thought I would mark the occasion with a little review on my blogger.

The question is, where will Vengeance now be headed? I can't see them simply scrapping it, bad as it was, after barely two years of service. Do Tussauds have the space to accommodate it? Thorpe? Or another existing Dungeons attraction?

think we need to get over the fact Vengeance may just be scrapped and sold for metal!

It was a nightmare (no pun intended) to manage and maintain - no park would want it.  It's not going to go to Thorpe purely because of the fact it holds 25 people a cycle, or something.

I thought it had been mentioned a while ago somewhere else on the forum that it was heading for Thorpe? Someone had a link to a planning application or something.

I'd heard a rumour about Vengeance going to Thorpe but whether it'll happen I don't know, especially as they have the modifications to The Swarm to publicise as well as X No Way Out's changes.

As regard to the dungeons, I'm looking forward to visiting them in their new home and will be curious to see what the atmosphere is like as that was one thing the old location had plenty of.

Is it a new tower then? I was certain that they were just relocating the old one.

That's the seats going in.

It is an ABC tower, and a new one at that. It may be a sub-terra style top loader or simply another 'extremis' style.

Will the Log Flume also be 'brand new'? Or will it be the old one relocated?

The new Drop ride will be 3 stories tall and top loading, i can imagine you will enter Newgate  at a lower level learn about the long drop then be told its time to face your fate so to speak, walk up some stairs to the long drop, sit down and either side will be a show scene and lights dim, floor will disappear and the show will comence, you will be  sentenced to death and told how you will die-i hope they really drag this out to build tension. Then i think they will hand over to the exectioner, who will say his bit then just about see the level pulled and DROP and i think this is going to be one hell of a drop. Then exit at the bottom and into the photo area and gift shop

I wonder if it'll be AA figures (a la London) or a projected scene (a la all the other dungeons). My guess is the latter...
