I agree, The Swarm is amazing and it is one of the best Wingriders imo but they could of banked the incline loop abit more and not of added that brake run after the inline twist and added a helix there instead but anyways this coaster is 100ft shorter than The Swarm but is much more spread out.SwEDEN wrote: Am I the only one who feels slightly sad when looking at these new Winged layouts?
I mean Swarm's an amazing coaster, don't get me wrong, but it makes me a little sad looking at all the new layouts and what more could potentially of been made of LC12!
Would additionally like to know if possible, what is this coasters footprint? Is it larger or smaller than Swarm's footprint, just to give a sense of what can be done with the space available!..

Right, well all of today's progress can be summed up in this one image from CoasterFriends...
As you can see, over half of the airtime hill has been completed, as well as the lowest point of the transition between the immelmann and corkscrew.
Here's an overview shot (added later)...

This is shaping up to be the most intense WingRider to date! Looking good. As a person who has had the pleasure of riding GateKeeper, I think Heide's version of the coaster will be better as the inversions look tighter. Gtaekeeper, while fun, is too tall and the inversions are too big to be intense.
How tall is this new coaster? Looks quite small compared to the other B&M WingRiders out there.

It's 130ft compared to 128ft on The Swarmthemealgang wrote: How tall is this new coaster? Looks quite small compared to the other B&M WingRiders out there.

Another image, of the station rendering
The guys on CoasterFriends believe that the shop will have a glass floor
Finally, a lovely image of the ride in the fog
