Stormforce 10. You can't beat that themeing (with merchandise profits actually going to a good cause), plus it has a backward chute - what more do you want?
Oblivion beckons in T-minus five minutes, be prepared for embarkation!
Eat, sleep, Apocalypse!
I voted for 3 and went with:
1. Valhalla - Excellent themeing and effects and truly does get you wet, perfect water ride, no wonder it's one of the best in the world!
2. Tidal Wave - Does what it says on the tin, Gets you soaked and has brilliant themeing.
3. Dragon Falls - More or less Nostalgia for me, it can provide a laugh and I love the drops and themeing.

Storm Force 10 is a much better ride than Valhalla. The most overrated dark ride ever.

A draw between Logger's Leap and Tidal Wave for me.
Logger's Leap for the nostalgia, escapism, themeing and funniness.
Tidal wave, well, do I have to explain?

I used to think I knew a lot about coasters, but then I joined this forum.

I like Dragon Falls as it looks all pretty. I suppose Valhalla is probably the best though , but I don't really like getting wet on rides!
Valhalla, hands down. You must be insane to think not. Valhalla gets you drenched, where-as others aren't entirely designed to get you drenched, apart from Oakwood's "Drenched" but that's in Wales so doesn't count anymore.

Chose Valhalla, Stormforce 10 and Tidal Wave (though I was trying to fit lost river ride somewhere in there).
Theming, theming, theming. And occasional ridiculous amounts of wetness. Perfect rides to just never go on.

I think that unless a water ride actually has the intention of getting you wet, then it doesn't really class as a water ride at all. Because then you'd not only have to add Charlie, but Riverbank Eye Spy as well and all similar rides to that.AstroDan wrote: Why is Bubbleworks there, but Charlie not?
But I say that, Ripsaw gets you wet but clearly it's a flat ride!
So, to be a true water ride I think an attraction must actually use water as a means of transporting the ride and have the intention of getting the rider wet at the same time.

1) Valhalla - Simply amazing! Love the theme, layout and everything about the ride!*
*when all effects are actually working
2) Tidal Wave - It creates a whole area of brilliant atmosphere. Fun theming, great music, makes me wet...
3) Loggers Leap - The only reason Loggers deserves 3rd is because of the brilliant double-dip. With a boat full of leapers, that double-dip has a great airtime effect!

1) Valhalla - My favourite by a mile - whilst getting too wet is a an issue, the recent renovation has improved some key areas, and the new frontage looks fab.
2) Congo River Rapids - An all over favourite which varies with each ride - however I find your fellow riders can reflect on how good your experience actually is.
3) Loggers' Leap - Been a long while since I've been on it, but it is the most enjoyable Log Flume I've been on to date.

See, I want to say Valhalla but for me I find the ride too wet to enjoy. Around half way round I start regretting my decision to board the boat (or swimming pool, as it's usually become by that point).
This sounds like such a cop out (considering my fear of water, it probably is) but my favourite would probably be Congo River Rapids. I love the typical rapid style seating arrangement as it allows riders to interact throughout the ride, I love the 'will we/won't we get wet' factor of the ride. It's a brilliant ride to experience with friends and, on the occasions where I've shared a boat with strangers, I've always ended up being temporarily befriended by said strangers. Let's face it, it's funny when someone takes the KFC mega wave to the face .
