Agree on the Big One. Also, I can't be sure, but I reckon the Big One has the most spectacular view from the top of the lifthill of any coaster in the world.

Anyway, Bandit at Yomiuriland:

Magnus Colossus is aesthetically pleasing?! Actually, I'll give you that, but I can say without doubt that it is THE roughest roller coaster I have ever been on in my life - it actually gave me back pain, no matter what I tried! :|

That is one bad-ass TOGO (I mean Bandit if anybody didn't know :D)

Bandit looks like something from a Barclycard advert.

Bandit is one of those coasters I'd love to ride :P

My favourite 5:

Colossus (Thorpe Park)

Black Mamba (Phantasialand)

Oblivion (Alton Towers)

Blue Fire (Europa Park)

Euro Mir (Europa Park)

One of my other more controversial favorites is Nemesis Inferno at Thorpe. As long as you don't look in side or around the back of the station it looks really nice if you ask me :P

It looks so promising from the front :P

What that photo doesn't show is the busy and ugly main road about a metre behind that turnaround on the right of the photo. In fact you can see a lamppost from that road. Beautiful coaster, but its proximity to that road damages that feeling of African tranquillity.

Nemesis has a carpark and road just over the back of it.

Silver Star is built over a car park.

Just saying :P

It can't really be helped when it's something essential. Besides, as they haven't tried to pass off the road as part of the ride yet I don't think it really matters. The coaster and intentional landscaping and theming are brilliant. I believe that's what this topic was about. Not coaster with the nicest surroundings which aren't part of it :P

It's not the park's fault that they are limited on space so have to make such sacrifices :P

Rip Ride Rockit at night is pretty nice. The trains aren't very clear on this photo, but they each have lights on the sides of them that change colour. Although I didn't get to ride it at night, I guess it also gives you the advantage of not being able to see the horrible and faded paint on the track :P

Also giving a shout to Montu, the way it dominates the Egypt section is amazing.

Pity RRR is barely open in the dark.

I'm glad that Six Flags are giving Iron Wolf (first B&M ever built) a new lease of life as Apocalypse at one of their other parks. I think it looks good! :)

Construction video.

This coaster will get a few "you what" reactions, but I quite like the look of Infusion. Yes the coaster itself isn't anything special and there are much better looking rides out their, but I think the blue track over the water looks beautiful.
