It's because it's the only thing there worth a damn The reason why the park failed. Having said that the Hurricane could be a fantastic addition to LWV, as it's defiantly more realistic and would be fab <33333 Needs a new paint job though. Wouldn't be bothered if that Vekoma turned to scrap though :/BigAl wrote: I love how this has turned from being concerned for the future of the park to just the future of one roller coaster. :P

Why is it the reason the park has failed? Are we all assuming that spent sh!t loads of money on it? If so, why are we assuming that?
Didn't it come from a park that had closed down? (could be noticing a pattern with this ride maybe? ) For that reason alone they could have got it for peanuts, like Camelot did with Knightmare.
I really doubt they spent that much on it tbh. Main reason, why? Why spent so much on a MASSIVE coaster, made by the most expensive manufacturer, on the other side of the world, when chances are there would have been similar, cheaper coasters for sale closer to home, that would have had the same impact of guests.

The time is not of the party since April and the implications are first accounting: "There were five days when the park functioned properly, it is 25% of turnover less compared to the year last, "says Didier Le Douarin, owner with his brother.
And now today, some member of the staff reveals that wages from April are still awaited. "My contract of 30h is not respected. It's been almost two months, it becomes very difficult, " says one of the 150 small hands that work on the park. This regular at the site has seen a similar situation last year.
"It's hard for everyone, his boss replies. But we never dropped anyone, employees know that by coming to see us, we find solutions. In recent days, poured down payments. "And the sun begins to break. Thursday, 6 or 7 thousand people visited the park. Yesterday, the parking was full. "The money coming in will immediately leave for staff. The payments are gone, "promises Didier Le Douarin.

Didn't know Jeremy Beadle's ghost worked there...?Le Républicain Lorrain wrote:And now today, some member of the staff reveals that wages from April are still awaited. It simply sounds like the park is not being run properly, and is suffering a drop in numbers much like is being felt at the parks in the UK.
