Staff are stating soft opening for hotel guests begin this/next week with the ride opening in the next few weeks!

The uniforms definitely fit in with the victorian theme to say the least :lol I can see this opening in the next 1-2 weeks, lets hope.

Same, I'm going next Thursday, I had all hope that it would be open by then, but I'm not so sure now, if not, I'm hoping for a public soft open.

It seems that way, but my advice to you would be please don't get your hope up to high! Just in case it doesn't open due to something taking time, or God forbid something breaks :lol

Thorpe have seemingly gone quiet on Facebook and are not replying to any more Ghost Train related posts whereas before they just replied with the generic we do not not have a date post. Maybe its a sign?

There is rumoured to be some form of announcement on Friday (to do with opening) - however it should be noted the source is very weak.

If this is true, fingers crossed it's opening sometime next week. I can see it opening Friday 24th ready for the weekend crowds.

Indeed, but please can I emphasise that the legitimacy of the person stating such information is questionable, and so prepare for this rumour to be fake just as much as it to be true.

No!!! Some works been going on. Nothing major. Still no opening date! But staff will not confirm for Friday.
