I'm off to Parque Waner and possibly Parque Attractions in a few weeks and I'm just wondering if anyone has been before?

I went in April - simply one of the best theme parks I've been to. The whole park was built in something like 6 months back in 2002, but it all looks as good as new, and although the coasters don't have many gimmicks, they are fantastic!
Superman is one of the best B&Ms I've been on with a huge amount of air time. The woodie there is really fun, and long too. Batman was ace, and they even theme their queue lines for rides such as a topspin; the way it should be done. There is a strange little madhouse there too which is good. Stunt Fall was fenomenal imo, was just so thrilling - wanted to ride and ride again and again. A Vekoma probably beating a lot of coasters I've ridden. Definitely worth a visit if you're planning a trip to Europe!

Cool! Thanks. We're staying in a nearby village so hopefully we'll do Warner twice and Parque Attractions one then a day in central Madrid. Cant wait.

Hi there, just recently joined onto this forum although been using it for a few months now.
Anyway, I'm off to Madrid on Sunday for a few days with my mate and on either the monday or tuesday, we'll be going to Parque Warner. I was wondering if any one on this forum has been and could tell me what it's like and if it's good for a day out? Do rides stay open late?
I've been on the website for it but there isn't an english one? lol
Thanks
Shaun

RCDB claim that Warner Bros. Movie World, Madrid, are set to construct their first new rollercoaster since the park opened in 2002, for the 2009 season.
It is set to be a Mack YoungSTAR family/junior coaster.

Well, yes... It could be a clone but I am not sure at the moment as details are practically nil.

The ride has just opened at Parque Warner:

That looks like a good ride, shame about the lack of theming around the ride. Most of the rides at PW seem to have great theming on the build up to the rides, but then just plonk the rides down on the ground. I do think Alton shoud get a Mack Youngstar, this would complement Spinball.
