Here is a clip of the new ride thats meant to be going to Bobbejanland - and will be the only ride of its type in the world thus far - It looks Hilarious - and awsomE - dosent look very intense (looks like the bone-shacker) - but sure looks impressive and very well themed - and will certainly draw the crowds

How cool is that!!

If it were inside and themed really well it could be such a great ride. If it stands alone outdoors and you see what's coming I think the ride could be a tad boring.

It'd be good if Kong and the carriage could separate. Then you could have it as a tour type thing, then Kong attacking the vehicle

That looks really good. I hope we get to see one in a UK park, but for some reason I don't think we will. I see it being very popular. :)

Well themed and impressive to look at, but to me, looks like a very boring ride. All it doses is lift you up, shake you a bit, and slowly put you back down.

Having said that, on paper, I would think hex would be a boring ride, when in fact it is one of my favourites. If it had a good run up and story, it could be good, plus I would have it as a dark ride so you don’t know what is coming.

To me it looks a little tame, maybe well themed but over-themed for what it is. If it was a little bigger in scale maybe and moved around much more than that might make it worth an investment but without a more intense ride sequence, it doesn't look good to me.

A small model can only do so much... wait until you've seen the final product! :D

It would be quite intense staring into King Kong's jaws and be blasted with smoke. This ride would scare the hell out of youngsters!

To add to the growing numbers of parks in the Benelux region adding coasters next year, Bobbejaanland (Belgium) are unveiling a mighty impressive looking Maurer Spinner for 2011 - for their 50th birthday. It's pretty tall - 70 feet - and has a very large footprint.

An official video can be seen here
