I have been before when I was younger, but I was wondering what its like now. Is it any good or not worth visiting? Do you still get free chocolate included in price?

It's OK. You don't get "free" chocolate. If you mean "is chocolate still included as part of the £13 admission price" then - yes it is.
It's had some new stuff over the past couple of years, and it's a good couple of hours.
Better value than the likes of SEA LIFE in Birmingham etc.

Its definately only a few hours for a visit you won't be spending the whole day there.
I went a few months ago and was amazing at the "Cadabra" partial re-furb, I was very impressed that they bothered doing it up.
If you love chocolate its a must visit! (Just for the World's Largest Cadbury shop)

That shop is a joke. In many cases it's actually MORE EXPENSIVE than the high street!!
Best bet is trying to blag a voucher so you can go to the staff shop

Cadabra gets my heart racing any day! :P
I love the Dairy Milk show and the little pots you get at the end, and even though the attraction only lasts a couple of hours, the town of Bourneville is stunning, and a visit in summer can easily fill up a day....I prefer the town to the factory!
Can we stick to discussion about Cadbury World rather than deviating onto Sealife please. We have a Merlin forum for that .

That was easy.
Can I ask what it's for?

I've also just filled it out. By 'Cadbara', did you mean 'Cadabra' the dark ride? It might be worth tweaking that mistake if so!
There was no option for age 25-30.
I find Cadbury World on the whole, incredibly dated.

When did you last visit?AstwoDan wrote: There was no option for age 25-30.

In the last 5/6 years they have upgraded it with Essence, Purple Planet, The Bournville Experience and most recently with Advertising Avenue. They also re-did the Jungle section with new scenes and waterfalls.
Each of these sections are pretty good and highly interactive, although Essence is probably the weakest of the lot.
Parts of it are dull though yes - nothing much happens in the demonstration area these days, there's not enough to see in the packaging plant and there's not half as many freebies as there should be. The shop is overpriced too and should be much bigger.
Overall though I would say it is the best non theme park day out to be had in this country.

Hello guys,
Wow I didn't think this would get such a good response
thank you for your feedback its extremely helpful.
Oh i'm in my last year at Birmingham City University studying Theatre, Performance and Events design and I specialise in attraction design. And i've decided to re-design a section of Cadburys World along with a promotion event sponsoring it
Ive got to do thorough research into my audience so yes, thank you for filling out my survey if you have and if you could pass it on to other people who you know have been that would be amazing, also feel free to write a review of your experience and sent it to me at [email removed]
Thanks everyone!

I used to pass Cadbury World everyday on the bus to school.
We used to go in the playground outside as well when I was a kid.
I've only been on the tour once for another kid's birthday party. I can't really remember it but Cadabra definitely existed then and I got a lot of free chocolate. I remember an Aztec section but that's about it. I'm not sure I could really help you out with the questionnaire.
