The speakers are now playing the smiler music, the trains have been duelling, all que line T.V's are on, all the marmaliser effects have been testing its a beautiful day it would be crazy of them not to open it now!!

Also a member of staff just told me there is nothing wrong with the ride they are just doing final checks!

Could someone possible post a picture of the queueline full of people? Would be quite interesting to see how the queue looks when it's full I think!

I think this worked. It's appeared on Ridesims.com as closed! ( as said by lewis97)

We are definitely seeing an opening very very soon.

LOL! By the queue do you mean the horrifically long line of people waiting alongside the barriers that go WAY out of X-Sector?

In other news. I'm literally EXPLODING with excitement and i'm not even there! :D

Me too! I was a little green with envy at first, having just left the park yesterday, but now I'm nothing but excited!

To be honest, looking at the crowds in all the photos, I'm kind of glad that I'm not there today

I'm just glad that this will mark the end of people moaning about the delays!

Looks awesome - very jealous of the people who made it over today.

seriously jealous of anyone in the queue for the beast that is the smiler, I'd love to be there too but a four hour drive is out of the question for the foreseeable future living this far away from AT is so annoyning
If I had a signature it would be delayed just like the smiler

With 4 trains running, the queue should not be too long, right? Especially since AT have still not announced The Smiler is open today.

Jeez people! The forum hasn't been so clogged up with random muttering since the Fin Fiasco! Teach me to have a Friday morning lay in! I had to catch up with 7 pages or so! I agree with Boz a few pages back, how is oh it's opening, oh it's open repeatedly for several pages useful. I've seen a bout a dozen different posters saying that! I think we've gathered that its going to open. Think about it! I know us British love to queue but that's taking the mick. If it wasn't going to open everyone would have been turned away! Unless.........

What if The Smiler was the worlds first queue only ride!

Btw you guys in the queue and those posting useful information, keep up the good work  :D
@LukeSavidge1998 I follow back so hit follow button! #getcorrect #excited
We know what we are, we know what we are! Erm.... Europa League winners we know what we are! Doesn't have the same ring to it does it?

Is there supposed to be anything on TowersTimes live? The TowersNerd stuff is really good and they've got lots of content going up every few minutes but there's nothing from the TT side which is a shame.

Little bit of info for anyone going today, if you are planning to drive in, don't! Get public transport if you can. Think the que for the smiler is long? Try the queue to actually get into the park!

PS I know this is a bit off topic just want to give people a heads up!
